This model produced between 1936 and 1969, had a great success.
The carriage runs on rolls with slide-way aside, as it was in model 20, patented in 1928.
The worm screw mechanism is exactly the same as in model 8, with helicoidal screw and everything is set on a heavier loading mass.
The classical slicing regulation clock with bakelite knob regulate the movement. The flywheel is solid with the Berkel decal on it.
The blade, 329mm of diameter, is set on the arch abutment with the face made of white opaline glass. The sharpener is the classic one, with upper casing and front cover, just a bit reduced in size.
